An undesirable effect of a medicinal product is any harmful and unintended effect of a medicinal product.

Please remember that you should always use medicinal products in accordance with the information provided in the Summary of Product Characteristics or the Package Leaflet, and in the event of any side effects after using the medicinal product, immediately contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Any further disclosure of information about an adverse reaction to other entities, including in particular administrative authorities, in order to perform obligations under the law is anonymous and does not reveal your personal data.

HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE IN THE SYSTEM?
Your personal data will be stored for a period of time corresponding to the limitation period for claims that may be raised by the data controller and that may be raised against the data controller.
WHY AM I ASKED TO PROVIDE MY DATA?
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purpose in accordance with art. 36e of the Act of 6 September 2001 regarding the Pharmaceutical Law. Providing personal data by persons in the medical profession is mandatory.
